On the other hand, the hotel's rooms were quite outdated and in need of renovation.

The hotel has a good location, close to transportation and easy to find. Rooms are equipped with basic necessities such as air conditioning, hot water, and a TV. A few rooms even have balconies with a good view of the surroundings.
The hotel lacks proper maintenance and cleaning which results in insects and poor smell.
